WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S TRANSFORMATION PACKAGES?
Men and women have different physiological processes when it comes to muscle growth, fat loss, and hormones. To get the maximum benefit from your transformation package we need to take this into account when designing your nutrition, training and supplementation plans.
What is the meal plan like?
With our meal plans you get to choose the foods you like to eat from our specially designed 'Food List' which will fit your macros
Do I have to eat the same foods the whole time?
No, we put together your calories and macros, and you are given a 'Food List' to choose your foods - proteins, carbs and fats. With this system you can vary your foods every day and actually enjoy what you eat. If there are food you like and are not on the list - please let us know and we can add them in for you to meet your macros (NO PIES, UNFORTUNATELY)
I have a very busy schedule and don’t have time to meal prep. What do I do?
Although I do recommend taking one or two days each week to prep your food, you can usually get any of your meals at any restaurant as well. You may just have to ask them for a la carte. For example, most restaurants have healthy choices like chicken breast, potato, fish, fruit, salad, rice, etc. It just might not be an actual dish on the menu. Also, several of my clients use meal prep services, which are a great convenient way to get your meals pre-prepped.
Do you design vegetarian/vegan meal plans?
Yes! with of 'food choice plan' you can choose food from the lists that meal your requirement. if there are food that you like that are not on your food lists, please let us know and we can put them in for you.
What are the workouts like?
Everyone is going to be different. I design your workout plan based off your fitness goal, fitness level, equipment you have access to, and several other factors!
I can’t do certain exercises because of an injury. Can I still do the workouts?
I design your workout routine around any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Just be sure to include that info on the questionnaire.
I don’t go to a gym. Will the plan work for me?
Yes, I design home workouts. One of the questions on the questionnaire asks what equipment you have access to. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, I design body weight workouts for them to do at home.
Do I have to purchase supplements to see results?
Supplements do help but are not required. The most important part to having a great transformation is to follow your meal plan and workouts.
I am sensitive to caffeine and can’t take anything that has it. What can I take?
If you are sensitive to stimulants, I won’t have you take any supplements with caffeine. Again, supplements are completely optional on my plans.
What exactly does supplement guide mean?
I include a list of recommended supplements that are based off your goals (overall weight loss, lose body fat, build muscle, etc). I tell you exactly which products to take and how to take them.
PRE PURCHASE QUESTIONS
Is it a monthly payment? Or how does that work?
It’s a one time payment upfront. There is no subscription or automatically billing. You pay upfront and that’s it. After your coaching time expires, you will have the option to join our reduced cost 'monthly coaching plans,' but you are not automatically charged for anything.
Will I have guidance throughout my plan?
You have 24/7 email support throughout your entire plan. This means you can email me at any time and expect a response within 24 hours (usually a lot quicker). In addition, you check in with me every week or every two weeks, depending on which plan you purchase, and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.
How do check ins work?
For check ins, you email me current pictures and your bodyweight and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.
I live outside the UK. Can I still sign up?
Yes! I have clients all over the world. All you need is an internet connection.
