This is a completely custom plan that includes a meal plan, workout/cardio routine, supplement guide, and official check ins every week, two weeks for bulking plans.
When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you. There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalise your plan. Throughout the 12 weeks, you have 24/7 email and WhatsApp support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time. I make any adjustments necessary to your plan when you check in.
My goal is to help you improve your health and body. I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan. Results are guaranteed with a 100% adherence.
